The Company has put in place a whistle-blowing policy, whereby employees of the Group and external parties, may in confidence, raise concerns about possible improper financial reporting or other matters to Mr Owi Kek Hean, the AC Chairman at The objective for such arrangement is to ensure independent investigations of such matters and for appropriate follow-up actions. The Company is committed to ensure that the identity of the whistleblower is kept confidential and to ensure protection of the whistleblower against detrimental or unfair treatment. The Company did not receive any whistle-blowing report during FY2022.
